Crooked Tree Village: Part 2

On my tombstone, I want written: 'He never did 'Love Boat!' Orson Welles

Our time was short in Crooked Tree. But long on tranquility. I did my best in Belize: tracking natural charm with my camera, following trail and tree, inspecting flora and fauna, hunting for fur and fowl, taking the low road. Dreaming of the high road, always. Follow my feet...

Someone asked me, if I were stranded on a desert island what book would I bring... 'How to Build a Boat.' Steven Wright

Cows rule. Tourists drool.

I always love to follow your feet. You go to the most interesting places. Does that one cow have a nose ring? :-)

The old boats and vehicles remind me of the abandoned ones we find in the bush up in Coastal BC. They get that same moldy look. - Margy

my goodness - these boats and buses have certainly seen better days - but great photography subjects. the cows look very inquisitive and happy to have their picture snapped. Happy travels, have a great week, and thank you for the link up. Stay safe.

The cows look like they're looking right into the camera. Cute. What forlorn looking boats, but interesting to photograph. :)

Sharon - it seems there are many abandoned forms of transportation in Belize. Maybe people go there and then they don't want to leave? Thanks for sharing these wonderful images with everyone at Mosaic Monday!
