Botany Bay, my favorite American beach - so far. I want to keep testing, exploring, and roaming. This beach has it all: remote wilderness with more oyster shells than souls, highly walkable sand that stretches like a long welcoming arm, sea shells that hang like tree jewelry, pelican sky-necklaces, and a quiet jungle of driftwood, perfectly arranged by mother nature herself.
Follow our feet...
Beautiful Botany Bay.
Have a meaningful President's day!

I love all these pictures. Shells, sky, trees, birds, you've captured all these wonderfully!
Have a great week!
Very pretty photos! I love the shells placed in the trees like ornaments. The bare trees in the sand remind me of trees I've seen in Yellowstone NP that lay barren in lava pits.
Wow! What a gorgeous beach...I'll be looking at in online today. I love the added seashells here and there and it's nice to find a beach that's not crowded. Enjoy your week!
Wow! That looks like an amazing beach. I love the driftwood and the shells. Your photos are wonderful.
Sharon - "pelican sky-necklaces" - a stunning, apt description! We are heading to Cayman in 12 weeks, and you sure are whetting my appetite for a beach vacation! Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!
Nice!
Those trees are amazing. We have a Botany Bay too. I'm guessing the songs about Botany Bay don't apply to your botany bay tho! Ha!
Gorgeous -- I love the seashell tree ornaments! Perfect!
Interesting shots.
Botany Bay looks like my kind of place!!
I used to live in California and we don't have a beach in Las Vegas so I miss the beach. Beautiful pictures.
It looks gorgeous and uncrowded. You may want to keep its location a secret so it doesn't get overrun! Enjoy your weekend.
Greetings and Salutations! Awesome barren trees. I went to the beach (Lake Michigan) here the other day it has hills of ice and snow. It is far from uncrowded. Amazing that people just kept walking along during the cold, windy day. I would prefer walking at the beach you posted instead. Enjoy!
Wow! That does look very rustic. I've never seen trees on a beach before. I will have to google this one to see where it is.
So beautiful place!
