The Splendors of Spring!

The splendors of spring 2016 left me speechless...

Well, wordless really.

I took a short blogging break while we traveled to wondrous Sedona, Arizona last week. There weren't any fireworks in the desert, but the red rock was ablaze all the same. The trip was an energized, vortex filled visual feast. And on a humorous note, we had such a boring and extended delay at the Phoenix airport on our return, due to storms in Minneapolis, that I finally joined Instagram! I've been playing around with the App ever since. #latetotheparty!

It might be awhile before a photographic travel log shows up here, but you can check out The Best of Sedona over at My3rd Eye and an inspirational Sedona post over at The Chorus of the Crows...

Gasp! I just love these pictures. They make me feel really good! Thanks, Sharon. I don't belong to Instagram and blogging already takes up too much of my time. :-)

You've used two words: "speechless" and "wordless" to describe how you feel about the splendor of flowers, trees, water, in Spring. Well, these are the words I would use either. And perhaps an additional word - stunning. The colors and shapes displayed in your photos are just stunning.

That's funny, I joined instagram after I left Facebook for awhile and wanted to share daily snapshots. But after posting more often on Blogger, I haven't felt the urge. Your beautiful photos make me wish it were spring again.

all the blossoms are gorgeous and the reflection of the peddle boats in the water is fabulous although i think they are too garsih in colour.

Wow! Spring does look amazing. What gorgeous colours. It sounds like you've been having a splendid time away, except for the airport delay. Aren't those annoying, although often good for people watching.
