Lets all migrate to Iowa

I laughed at the comments about the last photo being a castle in Europe. It was a cool stone tower. And the views from the top were probably about as good as it gets in Iowa. Poor Iowa. But now we're moving on to a flurry of butterflies in Costa Rica. Just kidding...still Iowa! The trees were wearing a living lace dress of butterflies. It was beautiful. Geez. Maybe Iowa isn't so bad after all.

Do the monarch butterflies migrate through Iowa? I know they stop in some parts of the East Coast like Fire Island, right off of Manhattan. What a lovely sight to see.

They look like a stained glass creation!

Maybe one of them is Knute. I don't know if you saw any of our pics on facebook of the monarch that we nurtured and released but now everytime we see one we wonder if it is Knute?
