Stripped

New York, New York.

We flew into Las Vegas last week for the first time. Our ultimate goal was: the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce. Wow! Wow! Wow! But first, we got stripped. And I'm not talking about Magic Mike or Naked Cirque. Which, unfortunately, we didn't see. Our style was more stripping-the-bed-of-its-bedspread.

I'm sure our bedtime set a new record for early-birds. But, exploring the strip in the wee a.m. after a good night's sleep was cooler and less crowded. It was fun. Follow our footsteps...

The Stratosphere.

But, just because we went to bed early, doesn't mean we didn't have any fun. We still drank too much at the Stratosphere's epic happy hour. They make a mean Manhattan.

I agree that the mornings in Vegas are great for exploring because of less people and (relatively) lower temperatures! Interesting pictures!

Great photos we travelled most of those places 4 years ago, the only trip we have ever had to the USA. Have a good day Diane

My Wow, Wow, Wow goes to... the picture with the three-women fountain on display at Caesar's Hotel lobby. Such a beautiful and esthetique statue! Thanks for sharing.

Ha ha, my favorite is Fargo! Great idea to see Vegas during the early AM hours. It probably has a totally different look and feel. Have a great weekend!

Can't wait to see your documentation of the national parks. We went last week of May and roadtripped for a week.
