I love being awestruck. I even did a blog post about it over at The Chorus of the Crows
A good sunrise and sunset, should stop you in your tracks...
All of these awesome events were viewed on Lover's Key.
It's a good day, that opens and closes, with splendor in the skies.

They are very special. Living in a large city it is difficult to get a good view of the sunrise and sunset.
Oh my goodness - definitely track-stopping awesome!
Oh my - the sunset shots are stunning!

There is nothing more inspiring than the canvases made by nature. All lovely shots!
I was just treated to a brief but beautiful sunset.
Worth a Thousand Words
Wow wow and more WOW!
Gorgeous!! I didn't see anything like these while I was in Florida. Thanks for the beautiful pictures. :-)
Awesome is the perfect adjective for the views. Amazing red color.
I can't decide which one I like the most ... they are all so mesmerizing. I wonder if the horseshoe crab was also looking at the sun?
All of these are super beautiful! Hard to deny the power nature has to surprise you. Impossible to have a bad day with so much beauty around.
Absolutely stunning! Wow! What a showy way to greet the day..nature's color explosion! Loved your photos.
Wow, those are some amazing pictures. The sunset is spectacular and the dragonfly shot capture great detail. Thanks for sharing these amazing photos!
They are really beautiful!! (Which is the Sunshine state? I'm guessing not Queensland?)
I never tire of sunset, either! There are always wonderful colors that catch your eye.
Wow! gorgeous
spectacular
Awesome collection of sunrise and sunset shots! You are so right... a great sky will totally stop me in my tracks. I've been lucky enough to have it happen many times. Have a great weekend!
Gorgeous :)
What a grand set of images!!! If these were shot on the same evening, it would be truly extraordinary how the orange-gold color gave way to the red-pink-blue [the shots with the buildings in the background]. My fave is the second shot...with those long shadows cast by the bridge.
Classic colour combinations - and I really like that dragonfly shot.

Happy Florida!! Those are fantastic skies. One of these years I am going to be at Lover's Key on Valentines Day. Just because it seems so perfect. We do love that beach -- on any day of the year. Thanks for sharing your views. I'm off to 'crows' to read about being awestruck.
Awe! I remembered that post as soon as I clicked on it. But it is so worth reading again.
Gorgeous photos Sharon. Every one...
