The fact that Dominical hangs their moniker on a tree tells the whole story. It's a tiny, surfing oasis in the jungle way down south near Panama. It has a certain vibe: granola. We love it. Today, I'm posting a few random photos from my phone. They don't really belong to a larger story, except, when you put them all together, they tell the story of Dominical. Follow our steps...
Jolly Roger changed the way I make pizza. Now, I use tortillas as a crust too. Less carbs. Less work. Nice and crisp. I missed hanging out here without fear of coronavirus this year.
Falafels and the fix'ins in Manuel Antonio. The best mango-ginger smoothie ever!
Our favorite coconut dive.
Ventanas beach caves.
Cigars for the boss.
Late night frog inspection.
Dominicalito beach.
Stay tuned...

Dominical looks like a hidden tropical gem.
sky with sun and the last photo are wonderful.....
Have a great day
What a beautiful place! The birds eye scene of the greenery leading to the ocean and the sky is magnificent.
It looks like a fun place to me.
I'm always looking for ideas on making pizzas less filling but still flavorful. Tortillas as a crust sounds like a good idea to me.
I'd say 70 to 80% of my photos nowadays are on my phone.
Sharon - these corners of the world, with their own unique vibe -- these are the places we seek. It gets harder and harder to find them these days. Thanks for sharing one of your "secrets" with everyone at Mosaic Monday!
Falafel too? That's our national street food.
The food items on the table look very appetizing!
It looks like a really awesome place!
My husband has been talking about revisiting Costa Rica. It's a beautiful country.
Worth a Thousand Words
Wonderful and magical, every one. I love the green walking bug the best. :-)
These are such wonderful photos!
Enjoyed seeing the photos. Yes, sad travel is limited now. The pizza with tortillas sounds interesting. Think I'll try that, and does sound less work.
Fantastic! Costa Rica is one of my dream destinations. Hopefully a trip there will become a reality.
I want to eat at that taco place and explore that beach cave. Love the beach cave!
You had me at “granola vibe”....we don’t really fit that demographic, but always love places that do. We live in one (here in Oregon).
Great sky
Beautiful post. I think I would love it there, the food, the scenery and the vibe. Happy weekend to you.
These are amazing photos! I doubt I'll ever get there, so thanks for your fine images :)
Your link is a great addition to 'My Corner of the World' this week!
What an amazing place!
I wished, we could be there - one day, after Corona. It looks like a paradise. It's a dream.
Thank you for sharing.
Stay healthy and well, dear Blogfriend.
The beach cave was impressive. Loved the pictures.
What a remarkable looking place - its a part of the world I have never visited (yet!). One day!
