Costa Rica: Cinco

We celebrated our arrival in the Osa Peninsula with free, super fresh, ginger-lime mock-tails. (We added a splash of Centenario) Previously, I posted a month-long photo-spree from Dominical, Costa Rica. Today, cinco simply means my 5th post, since I'm continuing to format a week's worth of photos. There's still plenty of trip left, so stay tuned!

In Osa, we stayed near the town of Jimenez, in the Southernmost part of Costa Rica. We love to see cows grazing on ocean-front property; the meadows filled with towering ceiba trees; the garden-of-eden like quality and especially, the Scarlet Macaws.

The Macaws graze in the trees in front of Iguana Lodge.

A tiny Jesus Christ lizard. Have you ever seen one walk on water? Google it!

Pool accessories.

Beautiful blooms.

Sunrise in the fronds.

Stunning, warm sunrise. I can't imagine being around such a beautiful bird. Even the straws in that drink look incredible. Is Centenario booze, cuz when I looked it up it said it was a gold coin, lol.

Costa Rica is a wonderful wildlife destination. I have just returned from a visit and hope to be back there again later this year. That will be my fourth visit.
