Costa Rica: Uno

Horses in Tamarindo.

We love Costa Rica.

We love it so much, we've traveled there seis times. It's the only Central American country that people don't ask us: "Why?" when we say we're going there. That's what happened when we told people we were going to Nicaragua and Guatemala. (not so much Belize and Panama) However, we loved all of those sultry destinations. Still, Costa Rica is the country we always wish we could build Casa Hana-Akua Nani. Or, whatever we name our future fantasy home.

For the month of January, I'll be posting siete photos each week. Meanwhile, we'll be collecting memories...

Face-off

Twigs and Toucans...

Dominicalito beach. There's more vultures than people. Just the way we like it. Unlike in Tama-gringo.

See you next week!

I don't care where in the world you go, Sharon, you have fun! But Costa Rica, you have shown me, is especially delightful. :-)

My link is a neighborhood park, so it's not really travel. Let me know if it's not okay!

We ALMOST vacationed in Costa Rica. At the time, airfare was just too high for a family of four. It's still on my bucket list!
