These weeping willow vines caught my eye this Spring. They were so luminous against a deep blue sky.
Reflections of wispy Aspens.
Some early migrants floated by almost out of camera range..
A newborn snapping turtle scuttled across the road.

Wood Lake then....
Wood Lake now. Things are getting thicker, lush and super green. I heard plenty of Spring frogs humming and croaking on this walk. They can create a pretty deafening backdrop of sound. And Kermet would certainly approve of all this color.

Beautiful reflections. I love the tiny turtle.
Fun post...my two favorites today are the two dudes running and the reflection on the aspen grove.
The Bufflehead ducks in the water swimming by comes in a close 2nd. lol

SPring has truly sprung! Loved the golden willows against that beautiful sky! And now we see why you live in Minnesota ... Beautiful. The two dudes running made me smile ... Now that would be a fun experience!
