Akua Begone

Akua and his persistence to dwell in all containers big and small.

5 random ways to dispose of a cat

1)  The tried and true gunny sack.  Gulp.

2)    Hmmm.  "O.K. Akua.  We're just going to go for a little drive in the country. (20 miles later) Oh, that farm looks nice."  Meanwhile, you slow your car down to 5 miles per hour and crack open the door.  Akua gets a little shove.  All that remains are tire tracks.  For shame!

3)  You leave a trail of bacon that leads out into the alley.  (this one has to be repeated over and over and gets to be pretty darn expensive. Plus sometimes other cats and dogs eat the bacon)

4)  The whole trap and release system.  (also not very effective since cats always find their way home)

5)  The garbage!

P.S.  No Akuas were harmed in the creation of this post.  I mean really.  Look at that face!

I imagine there are plenty of treasures to be found in the trash.

Cute kitty.

We had a *huge* cat growing up. So tall that with his hind paws on the floor he could put his nose on the kitchen counter. Gentlest cat we ever had.

He would love to get in shoeboxes by putting all four paws in the box first, then curling up on top of the box with his body hanging out over the sides.

oooo - you forgot "on eagles wings" literally!

I lived along the st croix river for many years, and had one striped orange tiger that thought he was a dog - it was his demise unfortunately, as cats laying out in sunny rocky graveled drvieways make for a good eagles target...

hello from nancys random 5 day!

Akua is a sweetie pie! And people who do the number 2 thing sicken me to the core. They really do.

But Akua is very well loved. That's obvious. :D Have a good weekend sweetheart-kitty!

LOL! My youngest daughter, who will be a Senior in HS next year, showed up with a kitten 2 weeks ago. We have 3 dogs of various sizes already, so we weren't too sure about what to do. She's getting along well with the dogs by now, but she is ALL KITTEN, if you know what I mean. We tried finding her a home, but I think she's found one. OURS!
