What's this little bird up to?
Fly Catcher?
She's getting closer to her destination. I love the pattern in the background.
Now we see where she is and what she's doing. I love that in Costa Rica an indoor nest is just another day in paradise. Illuminating!
At the front door.
Peeking out.
These photos were taken at a great restaurant in between Dominical and the French/Costa Rican town of Ojochal. When we first visited the Dominical area it was called Going Bananas. Then it turned into Roadhouse. Now it's called Goathouse. Well, they were all good. But after tasting the killer Ginger Sesame Mahi at Goathouse, I really hope that the Goats are here to stay.
BHAAAAAA!

so pretty and a really nice nest spot! :)
An unusual nest site but great to see all the action. Have a lovely weekend Sharon.
Pretty bird and what a neat place for a nest. Your meal sounds yummy too. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!
WOW! What did you do to get these birds to land in such photogenic places? ;)
With that beautiful yellow breast and green back she might be a Tropical Kingbird {flycatcher}. That's quite a nest she has going there! I'd eat at the restaurant just for a chance to watch her! Great post!
Pretty birds! Cute spot for a nest.
How absolutely adorable! I also love that background pattern, but my favorite is her peeking out the front door. :-)
Fun photos!
how cool is that!

I've never been to Costa Rica, but I'd like to. And visit the Goat House!

That's not your everyday dining entertainment! I'd definitely enjoy it! And from the sounds of it, the food as well!
Nice shots - can't help with the name of the bird - apart from that it should have 'determined' in its name if it always build nests in places like that!

Great photos and great nest.
Delightful post! What wonderful photos of this indoor nest! Such a pretty bird! Glad the dining experience was awesome as well.
Oh my gosh that is a unique place to build a nest. Thanks for sharing these wonderful photos.
Beautiful :)
Beautiful little bird and so interesting to see the indoor nesting site. Great photos.
How amazing is that nest? Superb.
How unusual and lovely!
How lovely! :)
Now that's a great place to have lunch! Beautiful flycatcher and what great timing to find it nesting!
That mahi dish really sounds good .....
Great clicks... they are truly talented... they find and make their homes is the most "unthoughtful" places :)
Great series! I find it weird and funny that birds get into stores here in NZ and seem to stay. But then at a KFC, we saw a sparrow that had figured out the motion sensor doors to come in, have a bit to eat, and then leave when he wanted!!
