My top 5 quotes...

My top 5 quotes from Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin.

1) A Dothraki wedding without at least 3 deaths is considered a dull affair. (my favorite)

2)  Winter is coming.

3) The night is dark and full of terrors.

4) A Lannister always pays his debts.

5)  Ser Gregor, Dunsen, Polliver, Chiswyck, Raff the Sweetling, The Tickler and the Hound, Ser Amory, Ser Ilyn, Ser Meryn, King Joffery, Queen Cersei (The heroine Arya would whisper these names into her pillow every night.  To remember exactly who she needed to kill)

Now try to forget all the murders and have a safe Memorial Day weekend everyone!

That first one makes me think these are very strange weddings. Have a safe weekend yourself, Sharon! :-)

Makes me want to run out & buy the 1st book! I'm always a bit late picking up the most popular reads - Hunger Games, Fifty Shades, etc. etc. But I always read them eventually!

OMG! I LOVE this book! I picked it up on my last flight and haven't been able to put it down since! Only about halfway through (they are large books), but LOVE it!!!!!

I'm so glad I'm inspiring people to read these great books. I'll be starting my 3rd as soon as the HBO season is over. I want to be surprised during the show.

Sharon, book 3 was my absolute favorite of the first 3 and it's kind of hard to watch the show knowing what's coming but I also want to go back and read from the beginning. I am stuck on book 4, I have to admit. Thinking about just jumping to book 5. I don't know what it is about #4...maybe if I read from the beginnign I can get back into #4?

I love the first one.
The more I hear about the Game of Thrones, the more I think we need to get some pay channels. I hope my wife doesn't mind going back to work!
