Flo-vember: 2020

Day 1

“An extra yawn one morning in the springtime, an extra snooze one night in the autumn is all that we ask in return for dazzling gifts. We borrow an hour one night in April; we pay it back with golden interest five months later.” - Winston Churchill

Day 2

Day 3

There's an abundance of stress in the world. Florida sunshine helps. I wish I could write a perscription for all my Northern readers, but I can't. What I can do, is share my Flo-vember memories. A month of salty footsteps along the gulf shores of Lover's Key.

Stay tuned...

As we move through spring and into summer the world seems so much brighter, so I feel for those in the northern hemisphere entering the dark days of winter. Take care everyone, and stay safe. Thank you again for the link up.

Sharon - you got that right about stress in the world. Tomorrow will be a pivotal day in the US no matter how it comes out .... So for now I will put my head in the proverbial Florida sand - thanks for the distraction and for linking up to Mosaic Monday!

Yes, sunshine helps. We have a lot of it, and although I don't love the very hot summer, I wouldn't feel good to live in a cold, grey country.

Your first photo is gorgeous with the color of clouds reflected below the birds. What a beautiful sight to greet ones eyes.

That first photo is spectacular. We lived in the Miami-Ft Lauderdale area before we moved to Saudi Arabia.

Very interesting collage of the sun/moon. Great visual.
Sunshine does help my mood, it's why I could never live in Seattle.

Thank you Sharon. We’re skipping Florida this year, so I love the postcard reminders. Happy Flovember! Enjoy Lovers Key and everything else there.

Beautiful pictures. I miss seeing the beach and ocean living in Las Vegas. I lived in California when I was a kid and we went to the beach often.
