Sea Shells and Scraps

I love leftovers - the photographic kind. Although, food scraps can be nice too, as long as I liked them in the first place.

Photo-leftovers make for easy blog posts. Especially when I formatted them on the fly: glorious vacation! This post shows bits and pieces from Flov-ember. Now, November is one of my favorite months. Follow my lens...

I'm itch'in for more Florida time.

Lover's Arch.

Raccoon tracks.

Corkscrew Hawk.

Darn.

Feet for scale.

What lies beneath is even bigger.

I hit a red patch.

Floating.

You'll find great faces on the Gulf.

What great photos! The Hawk looks very much like the one we saw a few days ago! And how unusual to see a Raccoon! I live in FL but not on the coast! I need to get to the beach soon! The weather has been so great! Love seeing that huge shell in the water! WOW!

We used to go to Ensenada in Baja California. The sandy flats were covered with sand dollars. - Margy

Oh lucky you to find such a large sand dollar! Those are hard to find. Pretty hawk too!

Really like the Lover's arch angle of the photo, but all are great, and some unusual shots.

We don't actually 'travel' much but photos from my weekend tours of the countryside do make a fun post. I'm loving all these images from your archives,

Thanks for linking up at 'My Corner of the World' this week!

Sharon - I adore leftovers, especially the photographic kind, and with your caliber! I was curious about the raccoon - had it been swimming? If not, it is the skinniest raccoon I have ever seen! That hibiscus is special - was it growing out on its own in the forest? Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!

Fabulous “leftovers”. ..., better come back in March and make some more. I’ve been staying close to home (our Florida one) lately, so I haven’t linked up!

Oh my what a gorgeous hawk!! I love hawks and owls, so majestic. Being from the east coast I miss the water! What a cutie the raccoon is as well, little mischief makers,

This are the kind of skywatch photo I like. It's fun to see the creative ways that people come up with to catch the sky. It's too easy to simply point the camera up, right?
